All of the calculators on this site are entirely free to use. Whether you are an employee reviewing your paycheck, a freelancer calculating your prices, or an HR manager processing weekly payroll, you are welcome to use these tools as frequently as you want.

I am a solitary developer and by profession a Bank Manager which means I deal with financial rules daily. I do a lot of research to make these calculators as accurate as I can, but I’m not your personal CPA, HR director, or legal advisor.

The data these calculators give you (such as overtime, salary hikes, and taxes) are great estimates to help you plan and verify.

Important: Make sure to double-check the final math with your own HR department or a competent accountant before making formal financial, legal, or payroll choices.

Labor regulations, tax brackets, and official financial guidelines change all the time.

I work very hard to keep up with such developments. I update the specific calculator personally each time I find out that a rule or tax law has been updated.

However, as this site is a one-man operation, I can’t promise that every tool will be updated the minute a new law is passed. Please take note that the results are intended as a useful guide and not as an official legal document.

All calculators on this page are written from scratch by me. Math requires endless hours of coding, researching, and testing to get right.
